Not supported format files

A not supported format files is a file that is not readable by AutoCut.
It can be a file that is not supported by AutoCut, or a file that is corrupted.

By corrupted we mean that some data or metadata of the file are missing which will cause problems when cutting

How to fix it

There is no current way to fix this error.
If you encounter this problem frequently, please contact us with your file so we can add support for it.

You may try to reencode your file in other configuration to see if it works.
